Don't start out lying to her. If she catches you or calls your bluff on the lie, she will never like you. Just be patient....

Being deceitful is never the answer. If you are both 15 years old, then you are both minors. I think the only thing you can do is to respect the wishes of his parents. They may have a good reason for their actions that you are not aware of. If you insist on being able to talk to him, then I would suggest that you have your parents call his parents and see if they can agree to find a solution. If you don't want to do that, then maybe you could go over to his house and speak directly with his parents. Once they meet you, they may not be so adamant against you talking to each other on the phone. Be police and respectful at all time. There is an old saying: "you can catch more flies with honey than you can with vinegar."

I would advise waiting a year or 2 - but failing that - talk to him at school.
What I don't understand is why the boy has a cel phone but is not allowed to talk on the house phone?

The thing is, honey - you don't want to get on his mom's bad side. That's the bottom line. So wait it out until he gets a new cel, or just talk to him when you can at school. There's plenty of time to get to know each other. And at this age, quite frankly, it's NOT wise to be exclusive with anyone. Just have fun with your friends and don't get caught up in all the drama around you. It's not worth it.

If I was his mom I would not fall for that, but some people are different. Does he have email? Why he is not allowed to talk on the phone? If I were you I would just wait until school the next day or send him an email if he has an account.

If he isnt allowed...he isnt allowed!
When i was younger i wasnt allowed to talk on the phone to boys and if they called and my mom answered the phone she was rude to them....no matter what they wanted.
Then after that i would get in trouble cause she said i should be telling them not to call at all or i shouldnt have even given them the number.
This may not be the case at all but be careful you dont want her to get mad and never like you!

Is hard to know my mom never fail for any of that. I know parents that would.

I guess it depends how flexible she is with her rules. Has he been allow to use the phone to discuss school projects before?

If you really want her to like you, lying to her isn't going to help, I would just wait to see him at school.

uhh Well I would say to stop calling for awhile. Untill he fixes his phone, thenyou should start calling again. Let him call you, his mom is just insiqure about this whole thing, she will come around. And to me you don't sound all that demanding so dont worry

Maybe his mom wants him to focus more on school and not girls. You can't be upset about that. Wait until his cell is repaired and then ya'll can talk all ya'll want.
