there is no way to stop teeth grinding. you can only get a mouth gaurd to protect the teeth. i found out i grid my teeth at night sometimes, and asked the dentist. he recommended to guards in the store for something cheap, or you can pay a big peice of change for a custom gaurd. but either way you can't stop it. but it could be a phase too, my boyfriend hasn't complained about my grinding in about 4 months and i haven't woke myself up or had a sore jaw. so i guess it just stopped. good luck, maybe she'll stopm on her own soon.
