All those who have negative ideas about islam, thier ideas are about the terrorist men who are showed on media. You guys have made a mistake by judging on Muslims as terrorists because you havn't seen the majority which is peacful.

I think about my new friends who all practice Islam and how much they have taught me about honesty,peace and faith. I also think about how hard it is for them when people talk about all Muslims being terrorists and murderers and the resilience that they show even in the darkest hours .And i think about the harsh realities of following this religion when the world find it too easy to judge without the knowledge of proof. Muslim people are devoted to peace and work to show it ,there are many fundamentalists in all faiths not just Muslims and u cant tar all with the same brush

Terrorist!! That what the media wants people to think but the truth is that Islam is the religion of peace as its name means in Arabic (submission and peace). Some Muslims who don't follow its teachings and treating others badly may give bad impression about Islam but the beauty of Islam is found in its preserved authentic heritage as recorded in the holy Quran and the tradition of the prophet.

People who demand rights when they are in the minority, but deny them when they are in the majority. Is a Christian Women allowed to go on the streets without the hijab in some Muslim countries?
People who condemn Christians for Crusades, but yet have no problems when Muslims attacked Christians, like the Ottoman Turks did.
They are people who the very notion that Christian soldiers are in Muslim lands is an affront to them, like in Afghanistan. Are these Christian soldiers not doing missionary work and protecting a moderate Islamic government against the Taliban (Which they themselves claim does not represent the true nature of Islam)

I think of:
People that want to go back to the 600's. desperately afraid of the modern world.
Men so insecure they have to wrap women up in black sheets in the desert.
People, not only incapable of, but really afraid of critical thought and reason.
People who dont care how many muslims kill muslims and only seem to care when they are killed by the "americans" or the "joos"
Take no responsibility for thier own problems...its always the Joos and the Americans fault.
Good family values.
So sad because they once gave so much ot the world and now give little that is positive.

When I hear the word "muslim" I think of an Arabic word that connotes the meaning of a person who believes in the Oneness of God Almighty and folllows His perfect religion to the last drop by the help of the life of Prophet Muhammad and authentic stories of earlier prophets.

Hi there... when I hear the word Muslim.. the images that come to my mind... The Holy mosques... People bowing to the Ka'bah, full of faith and emotions... all as one, no rich no poor, no black no white... a little girl in hijab reading Qur'an... Pilgrims of Hajj patiently doing their prayers... The services muslims volunteer for the poor... A fasting small muslim boy excited on his first fast in ramadan... small hands folded and raised for supplication... all beautiful images.... upon the word 'muslim'... Mashallah...

p.s: to the one who says 'angry people screaming bombs'... yes unfortunately innocent muslims can do nothing but scream 'bombs' and die while the west tests and shows its millitary powers upon them.... guess who is the terrorist in white collar???

I would think about all my muslin friends who went back to their country,they were all very nice people and I miss them (especially one,who taught me many Arabic words) I think they are all friendly and i love their culture.
