I like all sorts of teas. I flavor them with leftover candy canes from Christmas season. I tend to have many, many, many (like 50 of them) leftover from gitf and stuff so I add a candy cane (crushed) and dont have to add any sugar. Plus it gives it a minty feeling. I like white tea from snapple. It's really light and has good flavor.

I drink it in the morning at work. If I'm really tired I have coffee, but I try not to have coffee too much.
