Big deal? Not really. First of all, it's his personal responsibility. Second, he will encounter the effects in his matches. Third, if he drank a bottle of wine would there be any fuss? Don't think so. Alcohol is socially accepted and is not tested. THC is, though just as "harmful" as drinking alcohol.

One of our "Gold Medal" winners in the "Olympics"
Tested positive for THC.
At first the Olympic committee were going to strip his medal away from him.

Then it was pointed out that THC is "NOT" a performance
enhancing drug, but rather a performance reducing drug.

You see, even with his performance "Reduced" he still
out performed the "Best" the "World" had to offer in his
event.
The vote was to let him keep the medal and that was that.
The rest of the world had to face the fact that even
"De-tuned" this man was better than "anyone" in the world in this event.

As for the cop above, the one who thinks people should be put in jail for having THC in their system,I say this:
Policemen lead "ALL" other groups in "Domestic Violence".In other words,"Women Beating".
If I asked 1000 people "Who should go to jail,a pot
smoker,or a "Wife Beater" "All" 1000 would say "Put the Wife Beater in jail!"
So mister cop, consider cleaning up your own house
before telling others to do their dishes.

If he would have fought the Pride match in Japan, it wouldn't have been a big deal and he wouldn't have been tested. He fought in Nevada though, so he'll be suspended for awhile and face fines.

To me it is a big deal. Then of course I am a law enforcement agent, anybody that uses any banned, or illegal substance does not have any sympathy with me. I got no respect for him, or anybody that uses drugs. He is not a good example for anybody. If it was up to me he would be in jail.

Better weed than steriods, but it might mean he won't be able to fight in Vegas for a while but seeing as how it was a non-title fight who cares at this point?
