This is completely natural. In our office we get alot of
phone calls about "shark teeth".(new teeth coming in
but old teeth not out yet.)
I can tell you though, that there is a window of opportunity to
get those teeth out. If you wait too long, the baby teeth
will actually start to tighten up as there will be less
"wiggle room" as the new teeth continue to erupt.
This won't effect her orthodontically, but in some cases,
those teeth end up having to be taken out by the
dentist.
Our office recommends getting the area really cold, say,
after eating a popsicle, and then play with the loose tooth-
wriggle it, twist it, whatever.
Don't worry, most times they do end up coming out on
their own.

Get those loose ones out so the adult teeth can move in. Hard to say about crooked teeth her jaw and face is still growing and changing.

Losing teeth is Normal, I don't know WHY you are worrying about her teeth now? We have all lost our Baby teeth. Stop worrying, Cause in about 5 months you'll see sumthin new with her and the teeth fact or issue will be long gone.
Kids lose teeth for years, as Adult ones grow in, My 7 yr. old is actually losing his Top, front ones, which were taking forever to fall out! lol But, it's done now.
They Look fine!
soooo, don't worry, it's all okay.

I would follow up with the dentist. My son has had several teeth pulled and several he has lost on his own. The permanent teeth coming in and not getting the babies out. He doesnt have a lot of space in his mouth and I have been warned he may need braces when older. They wont do much of anything now for you daughter but they can tell you what to prepare for.

It is not unusual for the permanent teeth to come in on the tongue side of the baby teeth in front. They usually tip forward with time, especially on the bottom where the tongue is pushing on them all the time. She may still need braces in the future, but these teeth aren't the ones that will determine that. The position of the canines when they come in is a better predictor for ortho.

Yes, it's normal. My daughter had the permanent teeth almost all the way grown in before the baby teeth fell out. She does have a little overbite, but the dentist tells me that's not from that.

while i replaced right into a new child, I keep in mind the the teeth fairy leaving me some lovable crocodile scissors (and the croc replaced into lacking some teeth), stickers, crayons - stuff like that. Do you have a severe end toy save close by. They actual could have some great little trinkets. possibly a necklace? that's a cool thought. you have her placed her the teeth in a tumbler of salt water in the previous mattress. Then on a similar time as she is sound asleep, the the teeth fairy turns the the teeth right into a silver dollar!! WOW! Its additionally much less perplexing than digging under their pillows at night. yet another truly cool prize could be between the gold looking dollar money.

it probably wouldn't hurt to go see a dentist. my son had to have a spacer put into place b/c, i want to say, his baby teeth fell out and his adults weren't coming in fast enough. and that if this spacer wasn't put in place, the other teeth would crowd the ones that need to grow
