Do you have any other symptoms? Having cramping or bleeding?
I would venture to guess that you caught the stomach flu during your trips to your doctor/hospital after your miscarriage. It would be best for you to go home and eat/drink only clear liquids like flat Coke, flat ginger-ale, chicken broth, crackers for the next 24 hours and see if you start feeling better.
If your nausea and vomiting gets worse, if you get a fever, or if you have abdominal pain or unusual discharge, you should go to Urgent care and be checked out.

It seems such as you're surely in "early" hard paintings "the real factor"; yet like Notre Dame fan mentioned, contractions should not be lasting 3-4 min. pass to hard paintings and transport and that i'm specific they'll choose for to maintain you; even nevertheless your contractions are merely coming each 15-20 min. sturdy success.

You have food poisoning! Nothing else would cause this, not even the flu. Go to the Dr.
