If `Lepers`are in the minority, they should expect some reaction from the `others`, but to "expect to be treated like a Leper" reeks of Biblical bias.

The Golden Rule seems appropriate; Do onto others as you would have them do onto you. I guess if you happen to rather enjoy the life of a leper then you'd be justified in treating other people as such, but most people don't.
