The colored dyes that I used to use were not really dye... They were usually stains, that are vegetable based. But I have no idea what you are using thought so? I love Manic Panic!

I would wait... Bleach is nasty stuff. Let it rest a while even if it is okay. Your poor hair could use a break. When you do it, mix some strands of blue and purple, black together... It looks awesome as a low light underneath...

Sounds cool though... good luck!

Quite simply, YES.
When you bleach your hair you are stripping the colour, essentially hollowing the shaft out. You must fill it in (with a filler) ASAP to protect the hair from further damage even if you WANT it blonde, use a blonde filler.

You can get a quick fix of blue that is temporary by using a mixture made from a little water and blue kool-aide mix. It might last for 2 weeks or so.

after you lighten you hair i would reccoment using anti snap from redken. whenever you tint your hair you pull out all the nutrients you hair needs to stay strong and healthy. so using the anti snap will put back the mositure and good stuff it needs will also create soemting for the blue color to adhere itself to. You dont'have to wait so long in between coloring. you can lighten, stregthen then add the blue. i wold reccommned using 10 vol developer for the blue becasue you only want to deposite color. if you use 20 or higher you are opening up the cuticle to much and you then begin to lift color. you also want to keep adding anti snap and deep condioning treatments between touch ups to keep the hair healthy. if you hav any more questions you can email me.

You could. But I would go to get it professionally colored because you don't want to risk it coming out in color you didn't intend. If going to professional is too expensive. A beauty school is a great option and it will be very cheap and safe.
