Does the fallowing Banks contract BPOs in India?
Bank of America
Providian
Chase Bank.
If they do, does this means that all does employees have access to your personal information?

I would avoid talking to anyone from India concerning a Visa or Mastercard. It's possible these banks could be outsourcing customer service to India-- but I wouldn't risk it! Didn't they tell you which bank they represented?

Many companies, besides the ones you listed, are now outsourcing calls overseas.

Even though one or more overseas employees have access to your information - the same goes when you speak to service reps in America.

You do have the right to request to speak with an American about your account if that is what you choose.
They should either transfer you or give you a phone number to an American office. If they don't, ask to speak with their supervisor.
