I noticed that whenever my girlfriends had any problems, they would find some other woman to work out the details with them. And I notice that men rarely ever consult anyone.

Some people don't make many decisions at all, without consulting others....some people rarely ask anyone's opinion about anything before making a decision.
It's an individual thing, although in my experience women do seem to seek out opinions or advice/validation from others more often than men do.

Women do consult their friends but for the most part they make decisions on their own and only go to friends to seek advice or get a different point of view.

yes its easy for women to consult in there friends because we like to work out our problems Rather than just forget about them and go to bed mad and you guys(men) just keep going with the flow as if nothing happens and everything is all good. if more men talked to there women and try to work thorough the problem it would be a lot more Happy relationships in the world

Not all women do. I tend to make my own decisions and help my friends with theirs.
