im very un-confident when it comes to guys i really want to talk to this guy but how?

You have to talk to him as if he was your best friend. In other words, you need to be confident and natural. You are probably not confident because you, like everyone else, are afraid of rejection. Don't be. The worst he could say is "no thanks." Besides, if you find out he isn't interested in you, why would you want to go out with him anyway?

Don't try saying crazy things to impress him. Just be yourself. Talk about something you know you have in common - it will make him more comfortable. If you're not quite sure what to talk about, go with sports - guys are almost always comfortable talking about sports. You could ask him to explain a rule about your favorite sport. Once you've got him comfortable talking, you will be more comfortable too. Good Luck!
