I got this guy friend. lets call him bob. okay well Bob (lol) is my best guy friend. we love to talk to eachother, and during class we always have to be sitting next to eachother becuase we like eachothers company. but for like the past week he has been hugging me more and he likes the grab my hand. and he puts his arm around me but he says hes 'just kidding'. lol so is he starting to like me?

What's weird about that. You love to talk so just talk to him.
He is your best guy friend and if he likes you then date but if you don't like him back you should tell him that you only want to be friends. He most likely has always liked you and it's up to you to change that it you want. Most of the time people when people are "just kidding" there is a lot of truth behind it.
