There are two items to address.
First, sadly, no diet or exercise regime will focus on one area of the body - regardless of what advertisers state. The body will use fat from everywhere. In fact, extra pouds in the mid-section of a man or woman are often the last to go because this is the best place for the body to store excess fat (for purposes of balance). Typically, weight loss is first seen in the face and hands, then legs, chest and finally the mid-section (belly or behind). As a result, some women will find that their breasts are decreasing while their stomach still seems large. This is perfectly normal. Other times, a person's face may suddenly look much thinner after losing some weight (I have personally experienced this) even though there is still quite a bit or extra weight around the mid-section. In other words, you just have to be patient and keep at your exercise and healthy diet. Slowly the body will shift weight loss to your mid-section.
The second concern is exercising so closely to bed-time. I would recommend not doing this. Your increased heart rate may actually hurt your sleep, giving you less rest than you think. I would shift your work-out to before dinner.
I would also recommend that you mix things up. There's no need to exercise every day - in fact, sometimes taking a day off is more beneficial. It gives your body a chance to recover, rebuild muscle and get stronger. When you work out again, your body is that much better for it. Additionally, just hitting your abs, as you are doing, is limiting. You may create a strong abdominal section, but are you really building enough muscle to increase your metabolism and increase weight loss? I would recommend a more overall body work-out. Nothing wrong with hitting your abs a bit harder, but also focus on your chest, arms and legs. And be sure to increase your weights or resistance in your exercise. Sit-ups are great, but sit-ups with resistance (i.e., weights added), will increase the muscle, and this is what you want. You need to build muscle in order to burn more calories.
Lastly, you may need to add more protein and more vegetables or even fiber to your diet. The skimmed milk is good, but eating some soy or lean meat (such as turkey) will give you the necessary amino acids you need to build more muscle. Don't be frightened off by the term "build muscle". I'm not talking about a body-builder. However, extra muscle is needed to not only increase metabolism, but create that sleek, lean look people want.
If your ultimate goal is some 6-pack or 8-pack abs, keep in mind that not only will you have to build muscle, but you will have to decrease your overall body fat to around 6-12% (this varies considerably from person to person - some athletes are down to 2% body fat, while others will show nice definition at a higher body fat percentage).
Your diet is pretty good in minerals, vitamins and some protein. But it is higher in sugar, so consider some salads, some lean meats and other fiber (like cereals or breads).
Good luck!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

i got here upon the e book to be very informative and ordinary to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms worried that i'm dropping too lots weight, too at the instant. i will confess i've got no longer observed the instruction manual precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed meals and meal plans (yet as a rule) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It needless to say works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the residing daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might lose. So thank you back for the education. i've got under no circumstances offered something like this formerly because of the fact they're often finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful ask your self. get began on the instant!

Sounds like way to much sugar, not enough to eat, and not a great variety of exercise.
Replace some fruit w/ protein and veggies. make sure you are intaking enough calories. Try some cardio w/ weight training.

you can't live off of fruit and milk. you need a source of protein. substitute one of your fruits for a handful of nuts. eat some grilled chicken for lunch or something. include vegetables in your diet. your diet sounds good, but eventually you'll be somewhat malnourished.
