What is the purpose of life?

Have you ever thought there must be something more to life than just living day to day?
There is—much more. Your life has a divine purpose.

God, your Heavenly Father, has prepared a marvelous plan for your happiness. When you realize that God has a plan for you, it is easier to understand why you are on this earth. God wants all of His children to progress and become more like Him. This time on Earth provides opportunities for you to grow and progress. Coming here allows you to:

Receive a physical body.
Exercise agency and learn to choose between good and evil.
Learn and gain experience that will help you become more like your Heavenly Father.
By following our Heavenly Father’s plan, you—like all of His children—can someday return to live with Him and with your loved ones. You can have greater peace in this life and eternal joy in the life to come.

I believe the purpose is this live is to know God and to live as He says, and to tell the world about Him, anyone that will listen. to fullfill the purpose and destiny He has planned for each of our lives. Then, we may have peace and joy on this earth, and not just in heaven, and taking others with us alng the way.
God does have a marvelous plan for each of us. we are to let no one or nothing keep us from that plan. Say no to the devi. no to sin. Obedience leads to blessing, and disobedience leads to curse. Its that simple. Hope on the plan with God, do His will and purpose and love it. He knows whats best for us. Jesus is the only way to go.
There is more to this life than living day by day. Its making Heaven and Jesus your forever goal, knowing you are on the right path to getting there, and hungering and thiristing for Him every moment of every day. Nothing on this earth is worth more than God is, than heaven. Oh Jesus , we long for your return.
Be real today to all who will turn to you.. amen

My purpose in life is to come behind people like you and point out what the Bible really says about God's plan for life and how the things that you say are not found in what you call the "most correct book on the face of the earth" and how this same book has more corrections to it than there were ROM revisions of the Commodore 64!

There is not one answer to this question. Nobody knows why we are here and why we were put on this earth. But you are right we have a purpose and God will put it in your path. You might not know what it is yet and you might be unsure of what you want to do but God is a kind and compasionate God and will not stir you wrong.
