there are no quick fixes to help you lose weight and if there was then there would be no overweight people in the world.
to lose weight you have to take in fewer calories then you are using on a daily basis
2 ways to do that
1) eat less
2) exercise more
and if you combine the 2 then your results will be faster.
we are very delusional in knowing how much we actually eat. Most of us can say what we had for breakfast, lunch and dinner but a lot of times we go and have snacks between thes meals and we lose track of how much we eat at those times. I suggest you keep a diary close at hand and everytime you eat something write it down. At the end of the week when you look back on it you will be very surprised at how many extra calories you have consumed.
Please dont take to heart the commercials you see on TV. You know the ones where they say "I lost 76 pounds in 3 days" If you lose weight too quickly then you are probably starving yourself and when you go back to your normal eating habits you will just put the weight back on and maybe even more.
I wish you luck in your weight loss goals and keep your chin up if you are committed to losing weight then you will, just dont starve yourself it never works in the long run

if you're perfectly healthy, phentermine is good. Read about it. research. go to your doctor if he/she recommends it based on your health. MAKE SURE YOU EXERCISE if you want to keep the weight off. Otherwise, it will crawl back in.
My doctor prescribed it to me for 3 weeks. It cost $28.50. So far, I've lost 13 pounds. I didn't take it everyday though so my body won't get used to the effect of the meds. I exercised a lot with or without the meds.
Goodluck!

u did not gain 50lbs overnight did u? so how do u expect to loose it quickly? dont look for a quick fix. do it the right way so that way it sticks (keep it off). again, there is no quick fix, the sooner u get that the better off u are. exercise and healthy diet that is the only way to do it. i dont mean to sound harsh, but i really wish that people be realistic about their health and weightloss. y dont u talke a look at ellen's website, her trainer bob has good diets on their that u can at least start off with. good luck

All u can really do is have a healthy diet and good exercise!

There is a good diet on idiet4u.com called the Sacred Heart Diet. I have tried it and lost 14lbs. the first week, and 10lbs the second. Keep in mind that I was only 40lbs. over weight. It does work quickly and well.

Go on the Atkins Diet. You will lose it fast but just keep in mind when you get off of it the weight will come back if you are not careful......google Atkins Diet and you can find out about how it works.....mostly it's a high protein diet.

there isn't a fast fix! Drink lots of water, eat healthy and work out a few times a week... If you lose it fast you are going to gain it back even faster!
