Ayoush. Its on James Street near St. Christopher's place which is right off Oxford Street. (Bond Street Station) It's a restaraunt and bar but on weekend evenings the basement bar is fun. I haven't been there for a couple years though because I don't live in London anymore.

There's a place called Aladdin - and they are located at the corner of Victoria Park and McNicoll - they do live entertainment (music, belly dancing) and shisha/hooka. Also little Lebanon, the stretch of Lawrence Ave East between Warden and Victoria Park - you'll find lots of Arabic (mostly Leb) shops and restaurants there. I went to a shisha bar once at corner of Birchmount and Lawrence (next to the Winners restaurant) and it was kind of cool - they are up late, no live entertainment, but lots of shisha smoking!
