Mabey take him horse back riding if the weather permits. That would be a fun way to spend an hour. Then go inside have some hot bevrages and some warm cookies. Enjoy your date.

pick up a movie from the video place or order one on your tv, and order in dinner. You stay warm and can talk if you like. Plus, dinner and a movie is getting really expensive, you don't want to go to expensive if you don't know what kind of money he is expecting to spend. Like when you go out on a date, my mom always said to you should ask the guy what he is going to order, look at the price of that and go equal or lower with what you pick. It is the respectful thing to do. A movie on a friday night is almost $40 after your tickets and snacks. Winter sucks, giving you not a lot of choices. Maybe you could have a bunch of friends over and play games, like you did when you were kids. I know Bop-it is always a hit with a big group, or the game where you can't say the word but you can say things relating to it and there is a timer your team has to guess the word before the timer goes off, it is kind of like hot potato. It is a blast, even for adults. You could offer to make dinner and then you two go to a movie after, that way you only need drinks. And part of the expence falls on you, not all on him. But with only a couple of hrs, the at home plan seems like it would give you the most time together.

I think you should tell him you want to get a big bottle of jagermeister....take shots till you are both trazzled...and then fornicate like chipmunks.

J/K! You guys should go ride some go carts, then watch a movie...then if the mood is right (and the weather( get a bottle of wine and go somewhere you can see all the stars...and talk, or whatever....

Or you could just go with my first idea...simple...cheap...and immediately satisfying...although it might leave you feeling empty later if you think about it too much.

How about some time on Yahoo Answers. You might enjoy seeing him answer some questions and you could learn a lot about him at the same time, and vice versa? Order out some food and make every answer a discussion. Then you could neck your brains out for fun.

Go see 300!

Go ice skating (I bet if you look in the phone book, you'll find a rink)!

There is always dinner as well!
