If you're reading this review, I've no doubt that you've been exposed to the North-American advertising blitz that is currently driving the Trimspa diet pill message to all and sundry. And I've no doubt that you're asking... "does Trimspa work?"
To answer that question, let's take a look at the primary ingredients in Trimspa...
i) Thermogenic blend: comprised of MaHuang, guarana, cayenne pepper, white willow bark, bitter orange, kola nut and a few other goodies, the success stories of the Trimspa product can, in large part, be attributed to these few ingredients. MaHuang is standardized for ephedrine, which is a powerful, proven, stimulant-based fat burner (I've written several articles about ephedrine, and I do not recommend you supplement with an ephedrine based product until you know a little more about this controversial ingredient.

I've been takin Trimspa for about 3 weeks now and it seems to be working really well for me. I wanted to try an experiment with it to see exactly how powerful this pill actually is. The first week all I did was trade unhealthy food for healtier food. I didn't keep track of my calories or anything. I just tried to eat sensible. Well when I weighed in at the end of the week I had lost 4 1/2 pounds. Then the second week I just ate whatever I felt like eating. Chips, cookies, chicken, pizza, whatever sounded good at the time. I ate some healthy food too. But when I weighed in at the end of that week I had gained almost 5 pounds. Then in the third week I actually wrote down what I ate and kept track of my calories andd stuff. And there wasn't a day that I went over 1200 calories. When I weighed in at the end of that week I had lost 8 1/2 pounds. Now this week I'm gonna add exercise into the mix and see what I get. So yes Trimspa does work but you still have to watch what you eat. There is no miracle drug that will just take everything you eat and burn it off. It's not that easy. Losing weight is hard work, but for me taking Trimspa seems to make it a little easier. I never feel hungry and I almost have to force myself to eat. Which I like. As long as I don't feel the urge to eat, I don't eat. The hunger pangs are gone and I never worry that I'm depriving myself of anything. Because once a week I have what I call a cheat day. Usually the day after I weigh myself, and on that day I eat anything that I want. All the things I couldn't eat earlier in the week I eat on that day. But the next day I'm right back to eating between 1000 and 1200 calories. I've tried two different kinds of the Trimspa product, the Trimspa X32, and the Trimspa Ultra. And for me the X32 works better. It seems to work for me and I'm gonna continue to take and see what happens.

My friend from Chicago tried TrimSpa when it first came out. She did notice a weight loss difference, but she also noticed that her metabolism would speed at an enormous rate, her hands would shake constantly, and her heart would beat a lot faster, which would cause her to sweat. Once she got off, she got headaches. I would suggest to you not to take the pills, only because the weight loss you will experience is only temporarily. The best way of taking weight off and keeping it off is by the slow process of eating right and exercising. Your body is a machine- it reacts to a reaction. Good luck

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLuz
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Diet pills in general can be REALLY bad for you! The best way is the old fashioned way of diet and exercise. Sorry. I know everyone likes to look for the easy way out with the least effort. But when it comes to weightloss, try to err on the healthy side! You don't want to end up with stomache or liver problems just because you wanted to lose a few pounds. And ALWAYS ask your doctor before starting ANY health-altering regimen!!

Yes I tried it, and no it didn't do anything.
The only reason it worked for Anna Nicole is because she had someone preparing her HEALTHY meals and she had a personal trainer. And if you have those, you don't need a diet pill, lol!
No wonder people are suing TrimSpa!!!

I will try to keep it simple. Your metabolism is basically the rate at which your body burns calories to create energy. So the faster your metabolism, the faster you burn calories and the easier it is to lose unwanted weight. To boost your metabolism naturally you just need to eat the right foods.
You can sit down and literally eat a 1,000-calorie dinner and yet be absolutely starving just a few hours later and the reason is simple: Because your body didn’t get what it needed in those 1,000 calories so it sends signals to your brain telling you to ingest more calories and thus, the late-night cravings. That means that the surest way to end those late-night cravings and keep your weight loss goals on track is to eat a more balanced, nutritious diet that actually gives your body what it needs.
It's VERY EASY to lose weight if you eat the right foods. Check out Dr. Charles Livingston's video here: http://www.drcharleslivingston.tv - it will blow your mind.
