what is the best letter for requesting to release my applying documents from university?
is there any official sample? Thanks,

No, I just wrote a brief letter asking for a copy of my transcripts to be sent to the university I was transferring to. I think I had to pay because the documents were 'official' meaning they were sealed in an envelope to prevent tampering.
