1 am on Sunday 25th March 2007 becomes 2 am on Sunday 25th March 2007.
Towards the end of March the clocks SPRING FORWARD an hour, and at the end of Octover the clocks FALL BACKWARDS an hour.

The accurate reply is:- at 01.00 Sunday 25 March 2007. (This is when we SPRING Forward to 02.00 BST).
And we change again at 02.00 Sunday 28 October 2007.
(This is when we FALL Back to 01.00 GMT)
