I dont no exactly but look like roll of chapatty wich stuffing of veg or non-veg

Paneer Frankies

Ingredients :

For the dough :

1cup maida
1/2cup milk
Salt
For Filling :

125gm Paneer (cut into 1"length strips)
1tbs oil
1cup onion heaped (cut length wise)
1tbs butter
1/4cup coriander
a pinch of tandoor colour
1/4tbs finely cut green chillies
For Grinding :

5-6 whole red chillies
6 cashews
10 garlics
Method of Preparation :

Make dough with maida, milk and salt. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep aside for half an hour.

Soak the ingredients for grinding in milk for half an hour and grind it to a paste.

Heat oil in a kadai, add butter. Sauté the onions till transparent, add the ground paste. Stir fry and add salt and chillies. Then add the colour mixed in a spoon of water. Sauté till raw smell goes. Add paneer and mix well. Remove from fire. Garnish with coriander leaves.

Make small chappathis with the dough and cook on tawa with little oil . Remove, place some filling at the edge of the chappathi. Then wrap each roll in a strip of butter paper and place in hot case or an oven.

chicken franky
Ingredients:
• 1 Chopped onion
• 1 Cup cooked chicken
• 1 Small tomato
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
• Chili powder
• 2 Eggs
• Salt to taste
• Few chapatis
Cooking Instructions:
• Fry the onions in oil in a pan.
• Pour ginger-garlic paste and again fry for 3-4 minutes. Few drops of water can be added.
• Mix tomatoes and cooked chicken. Fry well.
• Now add chili powder, garam masala and salt. Fry till done.
• Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt to taste.
• Heat oil and add 2 tbsp of the egg. Cover with a chapati.
• When eggs are cooked, flip the chapati and fill it with little of chicken mix.
• Roll up the chapati.
• Chicken Roll is ready.
• Serve it hot with ketchup.

veg rolls
2 cans Veg-All vegetables
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 sm. onion, grated
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour melted butter on top. Put crushed crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
