well he doesn;t have to eat what you eat. Cut down on the carbs and surgar is a start. Eat only half of what you would normally eat and work out. Drink at least 60 oz of water a day. You will see a difference soon!

Breakfast is a do your own thing, make yourself a large fruit salad and top with non fat natural yog, i doubt u spend all day with your husband so have a snack, eg banana at 11ish, lunch at one, make your own salad, low dressing+ small wholemeal roll followed by a mullar light. Right, dinner, hopefully thats the only tricky one, stick with what u usually make but over time gradually add more veg to dishes, grill rather than fry, serve a smaller portion of carbs and larger of veg to yourself.try new veg make it sexy, dont give him any, serve yourself then offer him a bite off the end of your falk, dare him, hell rise to the challenge.

got same problem here i told my hubby i ws going to see dctor cos felt so run down then ob didnt go but told him i went and he did blood test and my health was in serious risk of me dying young if i didnt change hubby said he would change his diet to support me cos i said i couldnt do it alone and he ov didnt want me to die lol,had lovely salad for tea with whole meal bread whats more...he made it lol lol

you eat it, let him eat his own thing. or pick healthy, good tasting things.
