She wants to stay in the Air Force, she just wants to get a transfer. She has been in there for 7 years. Please, help me.

I'm curious why you're looking for help for her. She has all the required resources at her disposal. She just needs to talk to personnel, and if they are not cooperative, talk to the next higher level. If she's been in the AF for at least seven years, she should know how to request a transfer.

If she's in the air force she should no that she has two options. She could submit a new "dream sheet" or do a swap with someone in her career field. If she swaps she will have to pay her own moving expenses.

After 7 years I'm surprise that she doesn't know this.
