A and C are both correct, one addresses the person in the informal "tu" and the other one addresses him/her in the more formal "usted", but they both say the same thing. If the rest of the dialog uses "tu", then the right answer is A, if it uses "usted', then is C. Since it says "Hazlo", that's the informal "tu", so A is the right answer.
