Arabs are unbelievably friendly people, I spent 3 weeks in cairo and couldn't believe how welcomed I felt. There were some darling egyptian girls, but unfortunately most of the ones I met were muslims.... But yeah, you do get a mixed picture of them from the media and places like this where they say things (as do we) we wouldn't necessarily say to each other face to face.

Some are, some aren't. Like anyone else. I don't like Wahhabists at all. Going to grad school with a bunch of them was a never ending litany of hate for Israel. Some Arab girls are cute, some look like Gamal Nassar, same as any other group.

Yes, there are a lot of cool Arabs in the world. And many of the US Arabs are Christian. They are sooo cool.

Arabs are good and kind people. Just like there are good and kind people everywhere in the world.
Where things get scary is when a people - any people - get taken in by radical fundamentalist religious beliefs and start acting out against non-believers.

I'm not racist, I like people based on their personalities. Anyway, I like the Arabic culture, and that's why I'm studying the Arabic language as a minor in college.
