Yes, but if in doubt it is always best to check with the local UK consulate.
However, I do strongly think it is a yes, simply based on the fact that you do not even need a passport to enter the UK, just your national identity card would be enough, if you have one in Portugal.

I would simply check with the U.K. consulate nearest your location. They can tell you actually what the requirements are for carrying a valid passport. Good Luck!

Should be no problem most counties require you to have 6 months left on your passport before it expires.

If you have a Portuguese passport, surely you are an EU Citizen...
In that case you can enter Britain freely, and go to the Portuguese embassy and ask for your passport to be renewed.

Yes you can, as it is still valid. If you are worried, you can always renew it before you travel to the UK. If you also have a valid Carte Identitade, this can also be used to come to the UK.

Yes. Double check that the carrier will accept you - but I would imagine they will. When I worked at Heathrow such a thing would not have been an issue.
