You are consuming 14 servings of fruit a day...the requirement is only 5. Fruits are very high in sugar (hello belly flab). It also sounds like your not eating much of anything else...which common sense will tell you is not a "well balanced" diet. I would say that your relationship with fruit is more of an compulsion than an addiction. You obviously keep track of how much fruit you eat...if you were addicted, you would have no idea how much you eat...nor would it matter to you. Simply cut your fruit servings down to the recommended five servings....replaced another five servings with veggies and the last four servings with grains.

It should be making you healthier not fat. I really don't think is a bad habit. When do you eat your regular meals. Like eggs, steak, carne asada, chicken, rice. If you eat 3 times a day meals plus fruit then maybe you are overdoing it with fruits. But then again fruits help your metabolism. If you are feeling like your not loosing weight. Eat only one apple or fruit at the time you have the craving.

Fruits are great for you, but you have to remember that they are also high in sugar. Eating lots of fruit is good, but it seems like you're using them as your only source of nutrients. Your body needs more than that.

There are lots of different foods that you can try that provide your body with the proteins, carbs and healthy fats that it needs. A diet that is rich in variety is generally the best diet especially since you're exercising a lot. Your muscles need proteins in order to grow and recuperate from running.

Eating fruit is good for you but include food from other food groups in your diet too. Have some yoghurt with some of your fruit. and maybe do yourself a stir fry with red and green peppers, spring onions and baby corn on the cob. Add some garlic, ginger and some soy sauce. You only need a tiny ammount of oil to fry a stir fry in.

Well, you need to cut back because of all the sugar. No, you aren't going to get fat from eating fruit, but it will inhibit you losing weight if you go overboard. All that sugar (even though it's natural) just makes you more hungry. Get some protein in your diet!

I doubt fruit is making you fat. Fruit naturally has a lot of water in it, so if you're not drinking lots of water you could be hanging on to it, hence you wouldn't be losing weight. I wouldn't stop eating fruits, just drink more water!

How can you eat that many apples. Its not bad or anything but that's got to be uncomfortable. Does your stomach ever hurt because for me if I eat more than one I get stomach aches. I don't think that will make you get fat or fatter or stop you from losing fat.
