A law that stated that the prison inmates on death row should only be put to death with family and loved ones at thier side?

It has become clear I am being misunderstood. Let me explain a little farther. I do not think it is right to feed revenge back in to a society by letting victoms family be present at executions. I think it should be enough that the person is dead, and they should not have to witness the execution personally. I believe this just feeds vengence in to the society as a whole.

If I have not been misunderstood we are in big trouble.

You ask why do I feel this way? Because I feel it makes you no better than the one who murdered your family, if you then in turn want to go see him murdered. You are all in agreement though, and I feel sorry for every one of you. You are letting evil in your hearts and then stoop to the low and indecent side of mankinds thirst for blood. That, to me, is not neccessary and makes me no better than the killer if I then want to see him killed. I will never have any desire to see anyone killed and I want to keep it that way. I do believe in the death penalty I might add, I just believe it does us more harm than good to allow us to witness his last moments of life. The very humaine thing to do would be to let this be administered by our courts and present only with his family that loved him. Are we truely going to gain anything positive in witnessing such an event? No! Only gives us a taste for blood, evil and murder. All the things we sentenced him to die for now we have become.

Why is that? If my son, daughter, loved one, was killed by your son I would sure want to know he is dead and I have every right to make sure of that at his killing. Victims have rights too you know, that includes their families. If some don't wish to go that is their choice but why should these heinous individuals get the comfort of their family just before they die? Let them suffer.

When all is said and done they will be able to have the body to bury and morn as they see fit...

I don't think favorably about any form of death penalty. There are lots and lots of reasons.

No. That does not make much sense to me. Would you suggest that an orphan could never be executed?

What if they are on Death Row because they have nobody in their lives?

No. It does nothing to prevent innocents from being executed and is only attempting to sugar coat killing.

no.......they are murders.....they don't deserve that. though i think it would be better to keep them alive and make them make car tags. i'm against capital punishment. isn't it worse to make them sit in jail for years to think about what they did?
peace
