I know how to produce tables, etc, but what I want to know is, is there a way of veiwing the page in landscape format whilst filling out the the table. The only way I know of viewing pages in landscape format is when preparing to print, however I want to view it in landscape whilst I am filling out the table as I have a lot of columns.

It really depends on which version of Word you have.

The surest way to do it (regardless of version) is to go to page setup and change it while editing, and then change it back if needed.

File -> Page Setup -> Orientation to Landscape.
