OK here is the deal....

He is awesome, he thinks I am great..... We have been dating a little over a month and we are ready to take it to the next level.

One problem...........

We have crazy scedules! I work two jobs wich totals up to about 70-75 hours a week. He works and goes to school full time. Whenever we see eachother it is for and hour or two at like 1:00am. We never get to spend any quality time with eachother. He also lives about 45 minutes from me but works in my area so we can have a couple of drinks or something about 5 nights a week before he has to head home. I just recently had to move back in with my parents due to a bad roommate situation.

We both know that neither one of us is going anywhere but damn...

Any advice?

You two just need to take a couple of days off from work and school...(it'll be worth it.) The next level is always fun. Unless it's your first time.

Well... Why would you be so anxious to go to bed? Whatever happend with all the excitement for the first kiss? If you just get pleasure, What will you be taking to marriage? Does marriage means anything at all these days? Or, is is just a paper that can be thrown into the trash at any time? If you go to bed with this guy and you don't marry him, what will you give to your husband? a very used body? Please, let's recover the moral principles of the good old days. What is pleasure after all? just a few minutes that will soon be but a memory. But a really lasting respectful relationship is worth a lot more.
Take care.

Take a day off and have him do the same. Go somewhere and get a room then just let it happen. I know that work and school are important but every now and then you need time for just you.

Sometimes the best plan is no plan, that way it can just happen and you will both enjoy each other more with no stress about the time or place. Respect your parents and don't do anything in their house.
