Well, science is the practical application of logic, so I'm not sure there's a distinction.
Do I follow the facts or my own personal beliefs? I shape my personal beliefs around the facts.

Logic is the most important thing to me, but I do in fact mean LOGIC, the thing taught in (good) schools and used in mathematics, etc. Not just "Well, this is what makes sense to me..." I do have beliefs that are pretty illogical--like the fact that I really do think my dog has thoughts beyond "food and chew and chase the ball"--but I try to base the things that matter upon real logic.
Science is important too, but only for certain things like the development of life, the expansion of the universe, how to peel tomatoes, stuff like that.

Oh! This is such a good question, but it got buried. I hope other people find it.
Logic. Because logic is what led me out of my parents belief in the first place. I had a very poor understanding of science and I still am just average.
Logic can be applied to so many situations. Morals and ethics. Science can just deal with the physical universe and so is more limited in considering a god idea.

While this is obviously a personal choice, I have to agree with Hawaiian, science is the application of logic.
I believe in science because it uses logic.

"In this question logic = your beliefs."
Um...no. Logic is not a person's personal beliefs.
Science is the practical application of logic...real logic. Not the "logic" as has been defined in this question.

It's a mix, but I think if it came down to making decisions in my life, scientific evidence would be of great importance. It would be misleading for me to say that it's ahead of "logic", because to me, scientific evidence pointing in a certain direction makes it a more logical way to go. So they go hand in hand, really.

Logical evaluation of facts. It's always a mixture because it's impossible to have enough information to scientifically evaluate every situation. So I do some guessing when I have to.

Science has not even really attempted to touch the subject of god, its just observation and explanation... logic however refutes the likelyhood of god, and logic lead me to essentially disprove god in my opinion, therefore logic was the founding principle of me becoming atheist. Science serves to reinforce logic, however, does not claim inexistence of god because it is founded on what is testable... and god is not testable, just highly... highly illogical.
