How can I get it across the the woman that her bush is completely overgrown and the whole neighborhood would be greatful if she would trim it....even if it's just a little?
It would make our weekly games of strip Uno so much more fun.

IFpart of it is hanging on your side, most states gives you the right to trim what ever is on your side.
now if the bush is not close next door to you do not worry about it stop and ask your self is that bush really that bothersome i would say the whole neighbor hood there has more important things to worry about , if you want to you could after dark go put some weed killer or bleach on it lol
