But I think you mean to ask for something in a store. In that case, we DON'T say it like that. You should say:
Quisiera llevar...
(You could also say simply "Quiero ..." but the other way is more polite, like the sentence you used in English).

Depends on which part of Spain you're in and how you want to sat it .In Andalucia you can be very formal and say long sentences or you can be informal just like you are at home and say;
1 Cuanto es?
2 me gusta
3Gracia (don't use an s)
