European Super State?

Question

Does anyone like the idea of Britain being part of this european super state? Personnaly i think its a bad idea. These prats in the EU are trying to control our lives and give us a new constitution. They also want to have 1 single millitary for the whole of europe so we can kiss the best trained army in the world,

Another thing is if all countrys join for this european superstate the we take on their debts we have to give them our gold reserves which would no longer belonge to us but to the EU

Anyone got anything else to say? Are you for or not?

WHY WOULD WE IN BRITAIN WANT TO JOIN ALL THOSE W0NKERS WHEN MOST OF THEM ARE LIVING HERE ON OUR BEAUTIFUL ISLAND NOW.......I'M BRITISH AND PROUD AND THINK ITS TIME TO BREAK AWAY FROM ANY SUPER STATE.......AND SEND ALL THERE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS BACK TO THEM NOW........GOD SAVE THE QUEEN

No country wants that, it is only a few gobsheens with their heads in the clouds, some are in Britain too. But why do you keep calling your country Britain when its the UK, are you forgetting about Northern Ireland?

The constitution is ill named, its a single treaty combining all the other treaties together in one document that doesn't contradict. They are also asking people to vote on the constitution their not throwing it on you.

Concerning debt, what about Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, if their countries make massive debts, what are you going to do, send them adrift in red ink?

Single millitary is an awful idea and will never happen becuase Ireland and Sweden wouldn't allow it as we are both neutral countries.

A super state will never happen because no country wants to give up that much soverignty

I want as little as possible to do with the rest of Europe. They are half of the reason this Country is in such a mess now. Why would we hand the Country over to them on a plate anyway when our ancestors have spent their lives fighting the Fookers off??? Then again, there would be a new Superpower in Town.......

I consider myself British, not European.

We've already got enough problems as a result of the EU, we don't need more.

And as for the military, we have the finest in the world and they do a spectacular job. If our armed forces merged with the rest of Europe, our soldiers would be trained to stand around whistling with their hands in their pockets, then surrender when the enemy appears.

I actually don't mind the idea, we're so small on our own and I do think there should be an army of equal size to the US and Russia to provide a check to them dominating military decisions.

That said, it won't happen becuase the EU is too divided in political opinion.
