If you have a lot of weight to lose, and you hate exercising, I'd suggest weight watchers. It has worked wonders for many of my friends that had a lot of weight to lose, and fast. You can sign up online or try the 1-week free trial if you want to just check it out. http://www.weightwatchers.com
OR... you can do it the free way, which is counting calories yourself. It's not hard at all, and I promise it's painless lol. Try to stay between 1300-1500 calories a day, and less is better if you can manage it. Just read the labels on your food, it gets easier with time. Drink tons of water, and don't eat past 6-7. That'll do it too!

Question is, do you want to keep it off? I get lots of advice from friends who are on weight watcher's and tell me to follow their advise, problem is, they don't stick to it themselves, and they don't work out, which means eventually they'll go back to eating they way they were used to.
I started working out in January, and I have gotten a lot of feedback. What's worked for me is that I am not looking at numbers. Sure, I watch what I eat, I see a nutritionist twice a week, and I eat alot of healthier choices. I have almost avoided altogether fast food, and honestly I don't miss it. I don't eat Mexican food anymore (for a native Mexican, this is a very radical change) and you know what? it's BEEN painless.
Some people say that as long as you exercise, it doesn't matter what you eat, but I'm sure If you don't keep an eye on it, it will add up. Start with something easy, and slowly build yourself up. So far it's worked for me.

Counting calories and staying within your limit of what it acceptable to you (don't forget you must use more than you consume) and you will lose weight...including moderate exercise. Good luck!!
