ok im a lesbian. and im about to b 19. i havent had a girlfriend since i was seventeen? i do not know how to find girls and if i c 1 in the street i dont know how to approach them, i dont go to clubs because i cant dance, and i dont go out like around the city and stuff because i have no friends. and im a really pretty gurl! when i do meet gurls, i get so happy becuz i havent had one in a while i smother them? can u help me

Before you do anything else, breathe. Also, have more confidence in yourself. Relationships are a learning experience; take a mistake, learn, and move on.
Are there any groups in your city that cater to the GLBTQIA community? Perhaps there are some youth groups or even support groups where you can share your fears and work them out, and possibly meet some new friends (though I'm not advocating support groups as a place to "hook up"). Also, have you considered online dating via girldates.com or some other site?

I would suggest finding a GALAXY group in your area, or something similar to it. It seems to me that you will be able to find someone without feeling awkward or unsure of if the girl you are attracted to is also a lesbian. If nothing else, you would have a sense of comraderie and have people who could sympathize with you.
