ok i know this guy has liked me for a while but i've kinda just been ignoring it because i dont like him back and i never knew how to tell him. But now my school's jr/sr (kinda like a prom) is coming up and people have told me he's going to ask me to go with him, and that if i dont go with him he's not going at all......how do i tell him i dont want to go with him??

Just tell him that you have thought about it and don't want to go with him.
If you tell him you don't want to go to the prom at all, keep in mind that if someone else asks you to go, you have to tell them no too.
He is probably going to be hurt either way. Just try and let him down easily without lying to him.

There may not be an easy way of telling him..and its understandable that you don't want to hurt his feelings,, That means you have a heart your just not interested in the guy..You could just tell him I'm not interested that you already have a date but make sure you already have a date LOL...It's hard to tell someone who likes you and its not returned that it can't be what they want but you have to do what you feel is right in your heart..Just be honest with him..

hummmm hard question I was forced to go with a guy I didnt want to go with either! so watch out he might ask your Parents. If he ask you first say you have a date. and if you go to prom by yourself tell him your date canceled at the Last min. hope this helps

what i would do is tell him face to face!.. never write them notes or tell them on the phone!. i would tell him like this" "his name" you are a really sweet guy and everything but im going with someone else" sorry but that is what i would do!..what ever you do be sweet about it never seem mean!...and either way you tell him its going to hurt him, i know thats bad!..but um..you could just go with him and have a good time and find out he is cooler then you thought..but good luck!

u need to be relly nice to him, just tell him that he is a great guy but u just dont want to go with him, tell him u just want to be his frend.

If you have no one else to go with, tell him you'll go but just as friends and besided you might end up liking him. Go with him if you can, you'll make his night. If not be nice about it.
