We really like Ginger Kubic but at $190 a piece we just can't affort them. If you know anything similar or the same style, please let me know. I'm looking for frosted white with chrome.

I was just browsing around on Yahoo Answers and came across this question of yours.
IKEA has a ton of light thats look similar to what you are describing and they are very reasonably priced. IKEA.com shows a lot of options if you do not live near a physical location.
I also wanted to mention that I’m an IKEA Regional Manager and was informed of a private website at my last regional managers meeting that ended up to be a promotion we’re doing.
This website is giving away several hundred $1,000 IKEA Giftcards for just putting in your zipcode. It’s a marketing campaign they are doing to see what areas of the country people are interested in IKEA!

Well, without knowing what your budget is, it's tough. But these are from Home Depot. Not exactly your original, but they have the same vibe and are white/chrome. About half the price of your sample.
