Yes, I experienced a huge surge of Kundalini when I was 19. It was too much! It was more than my body could handle. I also experience kriyas occasionally. I've had moments where I felt my heart chakra opening. It feels like unused muscles are being excerised and there is soreness in that area. Months ago, I felt so much Divine love from Amma, that I had soreness in my heart chakra lasting for three days. I also feel tingling sensations on my crown chakra. One time I put an amethyst stone on my solar plexus, I felt like someone had turned up the stereo at full volume, it was like a big "boom"!

There is a list of kundalini symptoms online, many of them I've experienced. For a long time, I never knew it was related to it as I had no interest in kundalini. But now I know.

I had experiences while meditating of colors and lights and great joy, but I don't think they were kundalini experiences because they were not violent and I always thought that a kundalini surge is very violent. Maybe I am wrong.
