Could be a skin disorder called seborric keratosis. Your dermatologist can tell you for sure. They are cosmetic,but, embarrassing. Dermatologist can remove unsightly ones.

Is it a wart, a mole? Does it have hairs coming from it? Could it be an ingrown hair? Take a look at Oil of Mink at the website, healthquest.peoplesway.com. This Oil seems to work on everything skin related. Also on hair and can reduce hot cold sensitivity in teeth. Ear aches, birth marks, stretchmarks.....

This could be a skin tag to remove them safely tie a piece of thread around it for a couple of days, this will stop the blood supply getting to it, and it will drop off

They ae called skin tags and your doctor can remove them in the office using a freezing technique.

If it is filled with puss it may be a staff infection. You may want to get that checked out immediately.
