The closest you'll get is Cozumel. Check the following links to cruisecritic.com. These will list all of your cruise options from Tampa and Port Canaveral.

Cancun is a tender port so most of the large ships from Tampa or port Canaveral probably want to avoid it. None of the big cruise lines go there this year.

No, Royal Caribbean International has cruises that go to Cozumel, and from there, you can find a ferry to take you to Cancun. But with all this trouble, and possibly missing the ship, why not stay in Cozumel. It has many of the same bars and other attractions. It's also just as touristy in Cancun.
