you can try Herbalife i lost 30 pounds with it but don't take the mil shake 3 times a day just 2 times in the morning and in the night , and asl o get the tea and take all day long mix it with water and stop drinking it at 5:00 pm and run dance do any kind or workout. and I'm sure that will help a lot
but you also have to know that its a life change as well

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Yes. People try to sell you on weight loss shakes and medications. But the solution is simple. BURN MORE CALORIES THAN YOU EAT. Keep a journal of what you eat and the calories/fat/carbs it contains. Also drink a lot of water. Don't expect instant results because your body has to build it's muscle mass so you might actually see yourself gain a few pounds. That is your body rebooting (gaining muscle), this happens right before you start burning fat. Don't give up! Sounds like you've got the right idea. Keep at it! Good luck.

Im 14 also. I lost weight buy fallowing the CG (cover Girl) program.. but basically you need to not think your fat and feel beautiful! You probably are. and you dont need to do so much everyday. start small because if you do to much you might do it wrong or your body may not be strong enough and it could hurt you! also dont stand on a scale everyday.. only like once a month.. instead look at yourself in the mirror.. you will become comfortable with your self and see the results happening. although they dont always come right away.

replace your scale with a tape measure aim for 32 1 2 inches or less for women and 35 inches or less for men

You're not going to do this every day.
Exercise: You only need to do an hour of cardio every day (walking, dancing or bike riding). But, it's got to be non-stop. Doing it for 10 minutes in the morning, then 20 in the afternoon etc. doesn't work.
Eating: Watch your portion sizes. If you snack alot, fruits & veggies is okay, but hard to do. If you snack on anything else, eat less at your meal time. (Count how many portions of each thing you eat during the day. Don't eat more than your daily allowance). 5 Fruits & veggies, 2 meats, etc. etc.
Drink lots of water, especially before you exercise. It's the gasoline to burn fat. This will also help stem your desire to nibble. Use sugar free powders to flavor it if you must.
Don't do anything that you can't sustain for the rest of your life. No dieting (because it's temporary) and over-doing it in exercise will result in you not keeping it up. Develop habits you can live with forever, not just temporarily.
