I believe in second chances, unless its something like cheating, but in this case I think it's okay to give him a second chance. I am also a strong believor that family comes before bf. But also keep in mind that your little sister could be jelous that you are spending time with him and less time with her so it might not just be him it could go both ways. If you really love him give him a second chance. You'll never know if he's telling the truth unless you try.

Well, it seems to me that if he was the type to be badgering your sister all the time, he's not exactly the type that would change very easily, and not the type of person you want as a boyfriend. Others may say it can't hurt to get back together with him, but how would your sister feel if you just ignored her and went ahead with it? Who's more important to you, this guy or your sister?
Of course, it all depends on what exactly he was doing to be mean to your sister, and how much she doesn't like him I suppose.

If he is sincere in that he won't mess with your little sister anymore then I'd give him another try.
But if he does mess with her again get rid of his ***... your little sister needs her big sister more than you need someone that is so mature that he has to pick on your little sister
Good Luck.

Alot of times in relationships there are siblings that don't like who you are dating but thats irreleveant, ask yourself how much you care about him and how important he and if he is important then give him a second chance to prove to you that he won't bother your sister and if he does it again then he is a liar and you should leave him.

That's childish as hell. When you get out of 5th grade then maybe you'll be ready for a bf.
