This sentence is in Serbian language and it means:"do you want to make love; do you wan to make love to me; i would like to make love to you; that person proposes to make love to you, but, it is said in a way: that person wans to make love to you, but without any obligations, or emotional attachments to you! I think there are a lot of expressions in a modern english language that explane much better that serbian sentence, like: "would you like to get shagd "( or shaged- i'm not shure about spelling that word), but that word("shagd",or "shaged") explanes the meaning of this serbian sentence.
I hope i helped!

If it's Serbian it means: "do you want us to make love?" or "do you want us to have sex?" but better translation would be "would you like to have sex with me?"
spelled like this: hoćeš da se kresnemo
It's explicit invitation to sex and rather vulgar.

If it's Slovene it means: "you wanna fight?" (the fight would involve more then two persons, since the plural has been used)
spelled like this: hočeš da se kresnemo
