How many people would you have killed by now if you weren't Christian? How many have you killed?

Nothing...I am a sinner...but I have done nothing anyone would consider horrible other than I hurt a friend badly once and that is something I will never forget.

I have killed no one, but my son is in the army, you want me to ask him?

So what have you not done, other than to hurt others with you less than well thought out words.

Are we asking hypothetical questions now? I didn't think those were allowed. You can't prove them. Nothing is true without proof, right? So: who knows? Maybe I would have gotten really powerful in the U.N. and put computer chips in everyone's head who said I was god, but if they wouldn't say it, they wouldn't get the chip. I would only allow buying and selling to those who had the chip. Those who wouldn't say that I was god would get the guillotine. But maybe I would have just been free from all this silliness of "holiness" and been able to run my own life. Too bad we'll never know.

Uhhh... NONE! Forgiveness, BABY! It's a good life! You can kill a guy and sleep with his wife. As long as you apologize for it, you're all good.
PS: I know this, dearie. I was being facetious. The point is you don't need spirituality to be a loving, respectful, and otherwise good person. You can just do it, because we're all in this together.

It is not about that. And I do not follow religion, I follow Jesus. Good people do not go to heaven. Forgiven people go to heaven. You do not have to be a killer to realize that God is giving you a great deal. We have a lot of choices here on the earth, but what comes to eternity: choices are hell and heaven.

So my final answer is: Jesus helped me to realize that choosing Him and heaven is a great choice, right for me. So I prevented myself from going to hell.

Christianity itself has not prevented me from doing anything at all. My own set of ethics, morals, and comfort has done that.

No one killed, no one would have been.

i got cheated out of having sex with my grade school teacher. I went to private school and the teachers were all nuns.
My public school friends were banging a hot substitute teacher they had for math. Everyday they would ask me, "did ya get any skin today?"and i would reply, "NUN."
