I grew up in the Pacific Northwest eating Canadian Bacon and Pineapple pizza all the time. When I went away to college (on the east coast, in the '80's) people would look at me like I was crazy when I asked for pineapple on my pizza. Still here on the east coast, and now they call it "Hawaiian Pizza." No more strange looks. Yea!

Canadian Bacon and Pineapple Pizza

Chunks of pineapple add a juicy tropical twist to the Canadian bacon and provolone cheese flavors in this family-pleasing pizza.

Ingredients
1 (13.8-oz. ) can Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 (6-oz. ) pkg. sliced provolone cheese
1 (5 to 6-oz. ) pkg. sliced Canadian bacon
1 (8-oz. ) can pineapple chunks in unsweetened juice, well drained on paper towels
1/2 cup Thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup Chopped green bell pepper
2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation
1 . Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan or 13x9-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll dough; place in sprayed pan. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to edge of pan. Bake at 425°F. for 6 to 8 minutes or until crust is set and dry.

2 . Remove crust from oven. Top partially baked crust with provolone cheese, cutting to fit. Arrange Canadian bacon, pineapple, onion and bell pepper over cheese to within 1/2 inch of edges. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

3 . Return to oven; bake an additional 12 to 16 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
