You should try melaleuca's product called Renew. It isn't something you can find in a store you buy it online.

By using the renew lotion and also a few of melaleuca's other products such as their more mild soaps and laundry soap your daughter may be able to become outbreak free. You need a greasy emollient cream to keep the eczema moist and prevent it from drying out and cracking, here in the UK the best crams are Aqueous, E-45 and Diprobase which are all just a couple of pounds, apply twice a day then when use have applied them try putting bandages around the affected areas where the cream is, so it really holds the cream on and every last bit is soaked in, not all the expensive creams are the best

I was born with psoriasis and for years I had tried everything to prevent it. My doctors said for the longest time I had eczema, which I didn't. The best thing I have found was MSM cream that I got from a local health food store. It is perfume free and non-greasy but it worked great for me, I haven't had a breakout in 3 years. Give it a shot, plus it beats paying for RX creams. Hope this helps you out:)

I would definitely stick with the original punishment! There is nothing wrong about the consequences for his first behavior. As far as the running away though, that's tough. Definitely talk to the friend's parents and make sure they know he cannot spend the night without your permission. So if he shows up again they should call you. I don't really have an answer for the running away. Whatever you do, don't give idle threats. Make sure you follow through on whatever you say you are going to do. Otherwise he won't take you seriously in the future. Perhaps you can give him a few days to calm down and then try to talk to him about it, all the while making sure his prior punishments are still in effect.

I think one of the most important things is to keep her skin well hydrated. Our derm office usually recommends Cetaphil skin moisturizer or Eucerin cream - and to apply as soon as getting out of the shower/bath. Also, recommends washing with a very mild soap such as Dove or Cetaphil. Can use Benadryl at night if she itches.
