I walked up to one once when drunk and pretended to be in a car making noises etc. they served me and i had to live with the embarassment in myself for being a **** in the morning.

Nope, as a matter of fact some drive thrus now state at the window where you pay that they only serve those in motorize automobiles ( real cars lol) for safety reasons. This way they are not responsible for any possible injuries that are occured. One of the places is Wendys, Next time you go there check out the little sign under the window where you pay. I've used drive through with a bike and they served me so why not a peddle car?

No, no-one who opens a shop is legally bound to serve anyone, but they should have a valid reason for refusing service, and as you would be acting like a total knob that would satisfy most customer complaints departments.
I would definetley reccomend not upsetting anyone who is serving you food you haven't seen being prepared.

As long as you are not drunk and you are in some sort of vehicle then yes they do have to serve you. Why you would want to do that God only knows but good luck to you any ways.

No. With the exception of discrimination based on sex, race, etc., they can refuse service to anyone.
