im mainly looking for Spongebob and patrick ones, but need child friendly ones.

I have several at the moment, but cant resize them, how can you resize them???

And is it possible to make GIFs???

Jasc animation shop is a very powerful little program I use for working with gif images, unfortuinatly its not free. I got it bundled with paint shop pro so I dont know how much it costs on its own.

I know people who have done work on gifs with photoshop but I'm not sure how.

jasc animation shop is cr*p! aint worth all the hassle it gives you, as for it not being free, i got mine free *confused face* the program was very easy to crack! ive never had to pay for any of my software, as long as you know what ur doin its very easy. serials for that type of software are freely available on the net!
if you dont know what ur doing then id recommend you visit my site below and register and go to downloads, then software, and look for software called BARBAROSA GIF ANIMATOR...
